ATA-DC Celebrates Int’l Women’s Day With an Inspiring Leadership Panel
March 8, 2025 — Washington, DC ATA-DC honored International Women’s Day with an inspiring panel and celebration at the Textile Museum of George Washington University, welcoming over sixty attendees. Moderated by Özge Övün Sert, ATA-DC’s Secretary General and Editor-in-Chief of ATANews, the panel featured three distinguished scientists — Dr. Esma Akin (GWU Medical School), Dr. Hande Özdinler (Northwestern University), and Dr. Duygu Tosun-Turgut (UCSF).
