Membership Development Committee
Üyelik geliştirme komitesi tüm üyelik kampanyalarımızdan sorumludur. Ekip, ATA-DC'nin dahili posta listelerini tutar ve üyelikten gelen tüm e-postalara ve eylemlere yanıt verir. Bu komite, yeni arkadaşlarımızın ATA-DC ile bağlantı kurmak ve bağlantıda kalmak için ihtiyaç duydukları tüm bilgilere sahip olmalarını sağlamak için yeni üye karşılama paketleri hazırlar ve sunar.
Information Technology Committee
Bilgi teknolojisi komitesi ATA-DC web sitesini tasarlar ve bakımını yapar, ayrıca ATA-DC ile ilgili diğer web siteleri için web barındırma olanağı sağlar. BT komitesi ATA-DC tarafından kullanılan mobil uygulamaları geliştirir. Komite, ATA-DC e-posta sistemleri ve listelerinin yanı sıra ATA-DC'nin ihtiyaç duyduğu çeşitli veri tabanlarını yönetir. Bu ekip her zaman yeni teknolojik fikirleri ve ATA-DC'nin BT ihtiyaçlarımızı ilerletmek için bunlardan nasıl yararlanabileceğini izliyor.
Pazarlama Committee
Pazarlama komitesi ATA-DC için yıllık pazarlama planını geliştirir, ekip podcast'ler, YouTube videoları, Web Seminerleri, el ilanları ve broşürler de dahil olmak üzere tüm tanıtım materyallerini oluşturur. Komite, ATA-DC'nin nasıl algılandığına dair kamuoyundan geri bildirim almak için çeşitli etkinlikler için anketler oluşturur. Pazarlama komitesi ayrıca ATA-DC'nin takdir ve ödül programını da yönetir.
Communication Committee
İletişim Komitemiz ATA-DC'nin tüm sosyal medya varlığını yönetmektedir. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp ve diğerleri. Sosyal medya mesajlarımız, resmi iletişimlerimiz ve yanıtlarımız bu ekip tarafından oluşturulmakta ve yönetilmektedir. Komite tüm basın bültenlerini ve e-posta gönderilerini hazırlar. Tüm genel e-posta ve sosyal medya taleplerine yanıt verirler. Komite ATA-DC yıllık raporunu hazırlar. Komite tüm hibe taleplerini hazırlar. Ödüllü ATA haber dergisi ve sosyal medya içeriği için tüm içeriği üretirler.
Atatürk School Committee
The Atatürk School Committee oversees the operations and curriculum of our community’s Turkish language and culture program, serving youth ages 5 through 12. The committee ensures that students receive engaging, age-appropriate instruction that strengthens their connection to Turkish heritage. This team coordinates teachers, schedules, materials, and school events to create a welcoming and enriching educational environment for our young learners.
YCAP – Young Cultural Ambassadors Program Committee
The YCAP Committee supports high school students by coordinating an extensive speaker series that allows participants to learn directly from leaders in a wide range of fields—including members of Congress, local officials, and industry experts. The committee organizes sessions, activities, and volunteer opportunities that help students strengthen communication and diplomacy skills, develop leadership abilities, and explore different career paths.
ATANews Magazine Committee
The ATANews Magazine Committee is responsible for producing our quarterly publication. The team coordinates content development, editing, design, and distribution to deliver high-quality issues that highlight community events, cultural topics, and member contributions. This committee ensures our members stay informed and connected through engaging stories and relevant updates.
Events Committee
The Events Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all major ATA-DC programs throughout the year. This includes flagship events such as the Republic Day Ball, International Women’s Day celebrations, cultural programs, fundraisers, community gatherings, and special commemorations. The team manages venue coordination, programming, logistics, and volunteer support to ensure each event is meaningful, well-organized, and reflective of our community’s values. The committee works to create memorable experiences that bring our members together and strengthen the spirit of the ATA-DC community.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of ATA-DC. This committee manages the organization’s budget, tracks income and expenses, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and helps guide financial decision-making. The team works closely with other committees to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that all financial operations support the mission and goals of the organization.
Election Committee
The Election Committee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ATA-DC election process. This includes organizing and managing elections for board members positions, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the process. The committee is tasked with overseeing candidate nominations, and monitoring voting in accordance with ATA-DC’s bylaws. The team ensures that all members have the opportunity to participate in shaping the leadership of the organization while maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the election process.
