Please join us for a Turkish wine tasting & culinary event as a part of the 6th Turkish Cuisine Week on September 23rd in the honor of DC Turkish Festival!
The event will feature a Turkish cuisine demonstration and a tasting segment by Müge Karslı, the creator and host of the television cooking show, Feast Delight.
It will be followed by a Turkish coffee service. Nar Gourmet organic products will be available for sale. There will also be a raffle for restaurant gift cards.

Karsli is the host of a cooking show named Feast Delight.
Feast Delight presents the culinary
delectable of Turkish and Ottoman Empire inspired dishes, while promoting the
history and culture of Turkey. The show demonstrates a variety of dishes from
vegetable dishes for vegetarians and vegans; stews, meats, desserts, appetizers
and party foods. The Turkish
cuisine is the third largest cuisines in the world following Chinese and French
cuisines. It is full of exquisite
dishes that the Ottoman Sultans ate. Muge presents some of those divine dishes of the Sultans in a
simplified way so that everyone can make it at home, but yet they are just as
delicious and exquisite for your Sultan at home. The show is also very informational. Muge talks about the history and culture
of Turkey and presents factoids about the dishes while cooking. Feast Delight is aired on PBS, Legacy
TV, America One, RR-TV and Krazy Good Food TV around the United States. She is often invited to promote her
cuisine and show by a variety of organizations.
